Three Stooges. They still come on the weekends but only for an hour of Sat and Sunday. I'd love to have every episode. I would watch them with my kids. They used to be the first thing on. My brother and I would watch the Test Pattern or Indian Head until they came on.

An old man once told me, though gruesome, if taken metaphorically it works for me.
A friend is someone that will help you move; A good friend is someone that will help you move... a body. Sounds about right. -

Before the kid in my avatar? My wife and I both worked 60-80. Now, thanks to all that work in Corporate America, I work... uh... I'd say, Zero! I get to hang out with my kid all day and we watch Sponge Bob, or play or eat or sleep. It's awesome! Her little brother's due date is Saturday. I'll tell you if it's still awesome in about 6 months.

I read this whole Awake and in particular the articles/propaganda of which you write while in my Doctor's office today. I was utterly disgusted.
I really like how the last few pages are spent lauding the knowledge of degreed "scientists", yet the young Jehobees of today are taught to not consider this same educational path. -

Liar by Rollins Band I think that it tells the story of the JDubs quite well.
You think youre going to live your life alone
In darkness and seclusion... yeah, I know
Youve been out there and tried to mix with those animals
And it just left you full of humiliated confusion
So you stagger back home and wait for nothing
But the solitary refinement of your room spits you back onto the streets
And now youre desperate and in need of human contact
And then you meet me and yur whole world changes
Because everything I say is everything youve ever wanted to hear
So you drop all you defenses, Im perfect in every way
cause I make you feel so strong and so powerfull inside
You feel so lucky
But your ego obscures reality that you never bothered to
Wonder why things are going so well
You want to know why?
cause Im a liar, yeah, Im a liar
Ill tear (rip) your mind up, Ill burn your soul
Ill turn you into me, Ill turn you into me
cause Im a liar, a liar, a liar, a liar...
Ill hide behind a smile and understanding eyes
And Ill tell you things that you already know so you can say:
I really identify with you, so much
And all the time that youre needing me is just the time
That Im bleeding you, dont you get it yet?
Ill come to you like an affliction then Ill leave you like an addiction
Youll never forget me... wou wanna know why?
I dont know why I feel the need to lie and cause you so much pain
Maybe its something inside, maybe its something I cant explain
cause all I do is mess you up and lie to you
Im a liar, ooh, Im a liar
But if youll give me another chance I swear Ill never lie to you again
cause now I see the destructive power of a lie,
Theyre stronger than truth
I cat believe I ever hurt you, I swear I will never lie to you again
Please, just give me more chance, Ill never lie to you again, no,
I swear, I will never tell a lie, I will neer tell a lie, no, no
Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha! sucker! sucker! sucker!
I am a liar, yeah, I am a liar, yeah, I am a liar
I lie you, I feel good, I am a liar, yeah
I lie x4 ooh, I lie, yeah, I lie
Im a liar, I lie, I like it, I feel good, I like it, and again
I like it again and Ill keep lying, Ill promise -

I hope they catch them before they kill some dude's family. I'd hate to see the poor dude go to jail for killing the drunk driver with his bare hands.

SHOW ME DA MONEY!!!!
by conoroberst ini always like to come back here and see those who are still in (but faking it, like me), those who are about to be out, and angry, those who are out and angry, and those who are out but sanguine (sp?
anyway.. despite all the undoubted and unargauble arguments about the wbts i just think its funny when y'all talk about the watchtower people being in it for the money...honestly, the bethel people, the elders (i know quite a few in the us and uk bethels), honestly, have you seen, their houses (if they have them), or their cars, or their suits, or their watches, or their shoes?
) even the branch people and the gb, honestly, these guys are not in it for the money, for the security maybe, a distasteful realisation many years ago that they have chosen the wrong path, that maybe they should have gone to university after all, but are stuck working as postmen (or overseers of packaging depts)..

First: "unargauble arguments"? What is that?
Second: I'm relatively new but I don't remember seeing anything about the Dubs being in a cult "for the money." I don't even know if one aspect has anything to do with another. Where did you read something like this? Just for my own edification, why do you want to discuss it if you know for a fact it's not true, which I assume many, possibly even most will agree with that it is not.
p.s. I'm glad you realise that you are in a cult. If you're happy then I am happy for you. If you are not happy, I hope that you have the courage to put down the Kool-Aid, step outside the hall and do your own research so that you can get happy, whatever that means to you. -

What are they thinking?
by TooBad TooSad inat the meeting sunday the guest speaker said that "we desperately yearn for the end of this old system.
" how could anyone in their right mind wish death upon 99.9% of humanity?
i have many relatives that are not witnesses and i wish them to harm.. do the witnesses realize that if their wish comes true that there will be no electricty, running water for toliets, or fresh food.

It's the ultimate definition of a cult. Believe! Believe!
They have a distorted view that if worldy [sic] people don't want to die then they'd better get into the trufe. If they don't they're going to die and that's the choice they've made.
It makes me want to stab myself in the knee with a pencil.
